Terms & Conditions
We really hope you enjoy using our service. We really care about getting
it right and making it 'worry-free'. You are protected by Distance
Selling Regulations when buying online, and your payment card details are
never seen by us.
How to cancel an order:
If you wish to cancel but the goods are already on their way to you, or
have been received by you, contact us in writing (this can be by email to
enquiry@mastheadart.co.uk) stating that you wish to cancel, within
14 days of receiving the goods. We will provide a returns address for you
to return the item to.
You will be required to take all reasonable care of the item and return
it to us by signature-required delivery within 7 days of your emailed
cancellation, in the same condition you received it in please. The return
of the goods will be at your own cost unless the cancellation is for
defective goods (you may re-use the packaging).
If goods are not received back at the address provided by us within that
7 day period we reserve the right to pass reasonable charges to you for
their recovery by ourselves.
A reimbursement to you for the original item cost and the delivery charge
we made when we first despatched it will be made within 14 days of your
dated written notice of cancellation, as long as the goods
have been received back by ourselves in the same condition we despatched
them in.
As our items are of vintage quality, please bear in mind that we will
have described them and photographed them to give you as accurate an idea
as we possibly can as to their condition. They will not be in 'as new/
showroom' condition, but our item description will always be an honest
appraisal.
VAT
As from 1st Jan 2019 we are not VAT registered.
Delivery
For Deliveries in the UK goods are usually shipped by by Royal Mail or
via professional courier (usually Fedex, UPS or Parcelforce). For
USA/Canada we usually use UPS and Parcelforce (small items may come via
Royal Mail airmail services). Due to the unique nature of our pieces,
we'll be unable to supply a replacement should anything be lost en-route.
We request a phone number as companies such as UPS need one in order to
book a parcel with them - to enable them to handle any issues with you
when they are trying to deliver to you.
Please note: courier companies will not insure glass or frames (or
paintings for damage from either), only total loss of the package, so if
an item is framed and/or glazed please take that into account. We pack
well but you take the risk if you want it shipped with glass and frame
intact.

no card details, you do this privately using paypal or by transferring

mailing list if you want to be informed when specific items come into
stock with us).
One example of information we collect indirectly is through Internet
access logs. When you access the website, your numeric internet address
can be automatically seen at the time, but is not stored.
Our buy-online pages may need to collect cookies in order to process
your requests or payment.
We collect information when you voluntarily submit it to us. You can

artists work arrives with us.
